In short, I and anyone supporting this petition would like the project for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed III Restarted. I implore you, Walt Disney Corporation, to look at all that has been done with the franchise recently and think of how profitable an open world Star Wars game with emphasis on exploration, side quests, and a story with several possible endings could be! Many fans would love the opportunity to visit iconic planets, utilize different lightsaber techniques/styles, develop their own skills with the force, and even meet iconic characters! With the recent disappointment of the Star Wars video game franchise at the hands of EA in Star Wars: Battlefront II, I believe the fans deserve a game with a great storyline and many fans of the original Force Unleashed series would be extremely happy to receive the third and final installment in a series that desperately needs the closure of its final game. Players would not know if Vader could be trusted or not, and Fett would have been revealed to have been sent by the Emperor to stop both of them from getting off the planet because he had his own scheme in motion.įrom all of the information I could find it was to be a fairly open world game, as opposed to the very linear storyline of both previous games. A co-op system would allow two players to play side by side as both characters.

The general idea of the game was this: Following on from the events of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, Boba Fett would follow and then shoot down the Rogue Shadow over a planet, forcing the Apprentice and Vader to team up to survive and escape. No concept art was even made of the game and frankly the story wasn't extremely developed when the Walt Disney Corporation restructured the company, halting all production and effectively canceling the young project. Haden Blackman and voice actor of Starkiller, Sam Witwer.

The game ended with a cliffhanger, hinting at a third installment in the series.ĭevelopment began on the story for the third game by writer W. The second game, although short, developed Starkiller even further escaping the grasp of his master and finding his own identity. Codenamed "Starkiller", we went through the galaxy imposing Vader's will on those in our way, and eventually turning against our master. 10 years ago, LucasArts brought us a revolutionary (if not Canon) idea for a game, in which we follow the story of the unknown apprentice of Darth Vader.
